* Young researchers/Trainees: Ph.D. students, researchers having done their PhD less than 4 years ago or clinicians in training. They have to include a letter from the head of their department stating that they qualify for the criteria during their registration.
* Emerging Economy Rate is applied to individuals (no group registrations) from low-income and lower-middle-income economies according to the World Bank listing available at the website of the World Bank

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 1 April 2023 will be refunded, less 30 % to cover administration costs. After this date, the registration is binding and no refunds will be given. However, a replacement can be registered upon request. Please contact the congress secretariat in that case (registration@congresscare.com).

Social activities in Amsterdam
Wednesday, 17 May 2023
All participants of the congress are invited to join the social activities on Wednesday 17 May 2023, including their company that is not registered for ANR2023. You can choose between a boat tour or a bicycle tour. Both activities cost 25 EUR per person, which is not included in the registration rates for congress participants. Please note: You cannot choose both activities, as they take place simultaneously.
Boat tour
Start time: 14:00 hrs
Includes: a 1,5 hour boat tour through the famous Amsterdam canals in a luxury boat. Enjoy Amsterdam and learn more about the city’s rich history, culture and famous landmarks of the canals, while relaxing on a beautiful boat and enjoying a drink!
Bicycle tour
Start time: 14:00 hrs
Includes: a guided tour of 2 hours by bicycle through the streets of Amsterdam, passing by several touristic highlights and getting to know more about this beautiful city. One stop in a local café is included in this trip.
Dinner Party

The dinner party will take place in the congress venue. This evening is including dinner, drinks and music, all are essential for a perfect dinner party!
