All recorded sessions were available to watch until 1 August.
Since this date the on demand platform is not accessible anymore.

f you want to plan your journey in advance and explore how to get to Amsterdam by public transport, we advise you to take a look here. An infosheet regarding accessibility for the Beurs van Berlage is available online here. Please note that, contrary to what is indicated in the infosheet, it is currently not mandatory anymore to wear face masks in the Netherlands.

REGISTRATION

The registration and information desk will be in the Beursfoyer. The registration desk will be open at the following times:

  • Sunday 14 May: 15:00 PM – 17:00 PM
  • Monday 15 May: 08:00 PM – 17:30 PM
  • Tuesday 16 May: 07:30 PM – 17:30 PM
  • Wednesday 17 May: 07:30 PM – 13:00 PM
  • Thursday 18 May: 07:30 PM – 17:30 PM

Upon registration you will receive a name badge, lanyard, program overview and vouchers for the social activities you’re pre registered for. Please note that all delegates are required to have their name badge scanned 1x every day, in order to record their presence for EACCME® accreditation.

Please make sure you have your Registration ID ready, as collecting congress materials is done by ID.
Your registration ID is included in the practical information email as sent by the congress secretariat.

Digital platform ANR2023

All keynote, plenary, parallel and Rapid Fire sessions will be recorded. All registered attendees will have access, via the digital ANR2023 platform, to these recordings which will be available for two months. Login details for this platform will follow one week after the congress. More information and instructions will be sent to you by email!

Social Activities (pre-registration required)

ANR2023 offers delegates several possibilities to meet in a social way and to explore the city of Amsterdam. Please find below an overview of the social activities.
Not registered and interested in joining? Please contact the congress secretariat, onsite at the registration desk.

  • Welcome reception: Monday, 15 May 2023, 17:30 -19:00 hrs.
    The welcome reception will take place in the congress venue and can be attended free of charge by all congress participants.
  • Young Investigator Reception: Tuesday, 16 May 2023, 17:30 – 19:00 hrs. (FULLY BOOKED)
    The Young Investigator Reception will take place in the congress venue and can be attended free of charge (PhD students and clinicians in training only).
  • Social activities in Amsterdam: Wednesday, 17 May 2023 (FULLY BOOKED)
    You can choose between a boat tour or a bicycle tour. Both activities cost 25 EUR per person.
    Boat tour – Boarding location: Oosterdokskade 8, Amsterdam (near Central Station): Start time: 14:00 hrs. Includes: a 1,5 hour boat tour through the famous Amsterdam canals in a open boat. Enjoy Amsterdam and learn more about the city’s rich history, culture and famous
    landmarks of the canals, while relaxing on a beautiful boat and enjoying a drink! Please take into account the Dutch climate, wear layers or rain clothing if necessary.
    Bicycle tour – meeting point Damrak, Beursplein : Start time: 14:00 hrs. Includes: a guided tour of 2 hours by bicycle through the streets of Amsterdam, passing by several touristic highlights and getting to know more about this beautiful city. One stop in a local café is included in this trip.
    Please take into account the Dutch climate, wear layers or rain clothing if necessary.

  • Dinner Party: Thursday, 18 May 2023, 19:00 – 01:00 hrs (FULLY BOOKED)
    The dinner party will take place in the congress venue. This evening is including dinner, drinks and music, all are essential for a perfect dinner party! Admission to the dinner party is not included in the registration rates and is available at the price of 95 EUR.

 

Mobile ANR2023 App

We invite you to download the mobile ANR2023 app to get access to the Advances in Neuroblastoma Research meeting on your mobile phone! The mobile app has several usefull funtionalities and gives you access to the full programme including abstracts and posters. Also available as Web App (not download needed)!

EACCME® Accreditation / Certificate of Attendance

The Advances in Neuroblastoma Research meeting (ANR) 2023 has been granted 15 European CME credits (ECMEC®s) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). This accreditation will be endorsed by the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) ensuring that the CME credits awarded to the delegates are recognized by the national medical authorities who have agreed to co-operate in this European system. EACCME credits are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician’s Recognition Award (PRA).

Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.” Please find below the (max.) breakdown of ECMEC®s per day:

  • Monday 15 May 2023 – 5.00
  • Tuesday 16 May 2023 – 4.00
  • Wednesday 17 May 2023 – 2.00
  • Thursday 18 May 2023 – 4.00

All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance by email, after the congress. All delegates are required to have their name badge scanned 1x every day, in order to record their presence.
