Instruction for moderators

Instruction for moderators

First of all many thanks for your commitment to moderate a session during ANR2023.

The full programme of your session is available here.

Your contribution as moderator is important to ensure a smooth session with a lively discussion. Part of your task as moderator will be:

  • Introduction of the speakers
  • Coordinate the Q&A after each lecture.
  • To ensure the session is on track

Presentations at plenary sessions consist of a 12 minute talk and 3 minutes for questions and discussion.

Presentations at parallel sessions consist of a 10 minute talk and 2 minutes for questions and discussion.

We kindly ask you to arrive at the assigned meeting room 10 minutes before start of the session to meet your co-moderator and speakers. Speakers should take place in the front row seats to allow smooth transition from one talk to another.

Be well prepared and read through the abstracts for your presentations and make notes for questions that you could ask to encourage additional discussion. Please find here the abstract book for plenary and parallel sessions. By using CTRL F you can search for the lectures codes or titles. The password needed to enter this page is provided by email to all delegates.

All abstracts are also available in the mobile ANR2023 meeting app, click here to read more and get access to the mobile app.

Speakers have uploaded their presentation in advance via the Speaker Slide Management System.  All sessions will be assisted by AV technicians, in the back of the meeting room.

We are looking forward to the ANR2023 meeting and to meet you in Amsterdam!
